She brings profound experience to the firm, including HRIS systems and implementation, payroll management, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, negotiations, organizational development, budget management, strategic planning, change management, and diversity management.

Karen exemplifies H2R-Solution’s commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance. She has led numerous human resources departments, most recently with Compeat Software, where she served as VP of Human Resources. Prior to Compeat, Karen was the AVP of Human Resources with York Risk Services Group, where she was key to multiple mergers and acquisitions, managing all aspects of the HR due diligence process.
Karen exemplifies H2R-Solution’s commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance. She has led numerous human resources departments, most recently with Compeat Software, where she served as VP of Human Resources. In her spare time, Karen enjoys traveling and exploring the country with her family.

His expertise includes HR technology advancement from HCM implementation to ERP development, as well as Organizational Development, Talent Assessment, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Strategic Benefits Planning.
