Karen Halladay

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

For more than 30 years, Karen Halladay has dedicated her career to helping organizations build stronger workplaces through strategic Human Resources and payroll leadership. Her passion for improving lives and supporting people has been the driving force behind H2R-Solutions since its founding.

Karen brings extensive executive-level experience across every aspect of Human Resources, including HR strategy, HRIS and HCM implementations, payroll operations, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, change management, budget administration, and executive leadership.

Before founding H2R-Solutions, Karen served as Vice President of Human Resources for Compeat Software, where she led the company's HR strategy during a period of significant growth. Prior to that, she was Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for York Risk Services Group, where she played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions, overseeing HR due diligence, workforce integration, and organizational transition.

Karen has earned several respected professional certifications, including:

Outside of work, Karen enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending time with her family.

Levi Taylor

Chief Operating Officer

Levi Taylor is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. As Chief Operating Officer, he works closely with clients to improve organizational performance through strategic Human Resources leadership, operational excellence, and innovative HR technology solutions.

Levi has led HR functions across a variety of industries, including construction, engineering, manufacturing, renewable energy, and other high-growth organizations. His expertise spans organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, performance management, strategic benefits planning, workforce planning, and HR technology.

He has extensive experience leading HCM and HRIS implementations, business process improvements, and enterprise technology initiatives that help organizations operate more efficiently while improving the employee experience.

Levi earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Abilene Christian University and holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications.

When he's not working with clients, Levi enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his children at dance and swim events, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

Autumn Knight

Payroll Manager

Autumn Knight leads H2R-Solutions' Managed Payroll Services with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service. She oversees the payroll team while fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment that ensures every client receives timely, dependable payroll support.

With more than 35 years of payroll and payroll accounting experience, Autumn has managed payroll operations for organizations of varying sizes and complexity. Her expertise includes payroll processing, payroll tax administration, payroll accounting, audits, compliance, reporting, and process improvement.

Before joining H2R-Solutions, Autumn served as Staff Corporate Accountant for Regent Management Services, where she managed payroll for multiple healthcare facilities, oversaw employer tax compliance, supported audits, and maintained payroll accounting functions.

Earlier in her career, Autumn worked for Sysco USA, where she held leadership responsibilities in payroll administration, contract compliance, marketing support, vendor relations, and event management. She was also a founding member of the Sysco Workplace Enrichment Committee, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to employee engagement and organizational culture.
