Making lives better and caring about people. That’s what lured Karen Halladay into the Human Resources industry over 20 years ago. Karen oversees the company’s operations, best practices and strategic plan. She brings profound experience to the firm including HRIS systems and implementation, payroll management, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, negotiations, organizational development, budget management, strategic planning, change management, and diversity management. Karen exemplifies H2R-Solution’s commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance. She has lead numerous human resources departments, most recently with Compeat Software where she served as VP of Human Resources. While there Karen built out the Human Resources department including staff and policy development, benefits enhancement, compensation analysis and strategy, and HRIS system selection and implementation. Prior to Compeat, Karen was the AVP of Human Resources with York Risk Services Group where she also built the HR function and was key to multiple mergers and acquisitions, managing all aspects of the HR due diligence process. She has worked in various industries including insurance, software, semiconductor, electronics and technology. Karen’s certifications include Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Competent ToastMaster (CTM) and Franklin Covey Facilitator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In her spare time, Karen enjoys traveling and exploring the country with her family. |
Sabrina Clay, President
Creating solutions is what drives Sabrina. And she joined H2R Solutions to do just that. A proven leader, Sabrina has extensive expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for solution development, and a disciplined focus on operations and execution. She establishes the company’s long-range goals, plans and strategies to support company growth and shape the future of the business. Prior to H2R, Sabrina worked with Synergy Services (re-branded as TalentWave post-acquisition), a firm specialized in contingent labor payroll and Independent Contractor compliance. As their fourth employee, Sabrina held several leadership roles and led the sales, marketing and client support efforts, helping to bring the company from an early stage start up to a $150M leader in the contingent workforce industry. Sabrina brings a wealth of knowledge and has over 26 years of experience in human resources, customer service, strategic planning, partnership development and account management in a variety of industries including technology, insurance, professional services consulting, financial, healthcare and telecom. She is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP). In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys cooking and prefers the creative side of "winging it" instead of using a recipe. |
